NO!
Cruises, vacation packages, and guided tours already include compensation for a travel advisor, so there's no additional cost to you. Even if we're planning a more detailed custom itinerary that requires extensive research or planning, that will not incur any cost to you! There are never any surprises.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day.

Absolutely.
Most vacations only require a deposit to get started, and then you can make payments whenever you'd like until your final payment is due. Many of our clients love being able to budget for their vacation a little at a time.

If you belong to an airline, hotel, cruise line, or other loyalty program, let us know when we book your vacation. Whenever possible, we'll add your membership numbers so you can continue earning rewards while you travel.

Earlier is almost always better.
Booking early usually gives you the best selection of rooms, cabins, and flights. It can also mean lower deposits, better pricing, and plenty of time to make payments before you travel.
-
We highly recommend it.
Nobody plans for a medical emergency, severe weather, or a family situation that forces them to cancel a trip. Travel insurance can provide valuable protection for those unexpected moments and often gives travelers valuable peace of mind.
We'll always explain your options so you can decide what's best for your vacation.
-
That depends on where you're traveling.
Many international destinations require your passport to be valid for at least six months after you return home. Since every destination has different requirements, we'll let you know exactly what you'll need before you travel.
-
Your first stop should always be the hotel, cruise line, or local representative. They're usually able to solve problems the fastest because they're right there.
If the issue isn't being resolved or you need additional help, give us a call. We'll gladly step in and do everything we can to assist.
